Do you place only designers or also developers?

We place professionals in UX, product design, UI design, frontend, backend, mobile and full-stack. The profile is defined according to the client's needs — from a one-off delivery with a single professional to forming a complete multidisciplinary squad.

What is the minimum engagement period?

For one-off projects, we work from 30 days onwards. Continuous squads have no mandatory minimum term — the contract is tailored to the real project need and can be terminated with the agreed notice period.

How does onboarding work for the allocated professional?

FRT handles all selection, technical screening and cultural alignment before presenting candidates to the client. After approval, we support onboarding in the client's context, ensuring the professional is operational from day one.

Does the client own the intellectual property of everything produced?

Yes. All output generated during the engagement — code, design, documentation and any other deliverable — belongs entirely to the contracting client, as established in the agreement.

What is the contracting model — employee or contractor?

Professionals placed by FRT operate as employees, with a service agreement signed between FRT Digital and the client. This eliminates labor overhead for the client and provides flexibility to scale the team up or down as the project evolves.
