What is included in FRT Digital's AIO diagnosis?
Everything the AIO Score audit delivers and how to use the results
FRT Digital's AIO diagnosis includes four main deliverables: AIO Score from 0 to 100 with sector benchmark, detailed analysis of the four dimensions (crawlability, structured data, content citability, and entity authority), initial visibility test in ChatGPT and Perplexity with 5 representative queries, and the three priority actions with expected impact and estimated difficulty. The complete diagnosis is delivered as a PDF document and an optional 30-minute presentation call.
Deliverable 1: AIO Score with sector benchmark
The score is calculated based on the criteria of the four evaluated dimensions. The sector benchmark compares the company's score to the average observed in companies from the same sector and size that FRT has already audited. This contextualizes the score: a score of 55 may be above average for a mid-sized law firm, but below average for a SaaS company with an established marketing team.
Deliverable 2: four-dimension analysis
Each dimension receives a specific analysis with the main issues identified and the partial score:
Crawlability: verifies BingBot, GPTBot, and PerplexityBot in robots.txt, sitemap in Bing Webmaster Tools, indexing coverage, and technical blocks.
Structured data: verifies Schema.org Organization, Service, Article, and FAQPage — presence, correct filling, and absence of implementation errors.
Content citability: analyzes a sample of 5 to 10 pages of the site (including blog articles, if they exist) and evaluates structure, presence of data, direct answer format, and FAQ.
Entity authority: verifies NAP consistency on main platforms, presence in sector directories, media mentions, and institutional profiles.
Deliverable 3: initial visibility test
Five representative sector queries are manually tested in ChatGPT (with Browse enabled) and Perplexity. The result shows: does the company appear? In which position? Which competitors appear? This test serves as a baseline to measure evolution in subsequent monthly reports.
Deliverable 4: top 3 priority actions
The three actions with the highest expected impact are described with: what to do, how to do it (or technical reference), expected impact on AIO Score and visibility test, and estimated difficulty (low, medium, or high). In general, at least one of the three actions is low-difficulty with immediate impact — the "quick win" companies can implement quickly.
