Which AIO agencies exist in Brazil?

The AIO agency market in Brazil is still very small — in 2026, few companies offer AIO as a structured service with their own methodology. Most of what exists are SEO or digital marketing agencies that added "AIO" to their portfolio without real technical capability. Knowing how to distinguish between the two is the difference between investing in a strategy that works and paying for work that generates no measurable results.

Why there are so few real AIO providers in Brazil

  • What is included in the initial audit?
  • What does the monthly report look like — which metrics does it present?
  • Does it include technical implementation (Schema.org, IndexNow, robots.txt) or just recommendations?

About results:

  • Do they have client cases showing measurable increases in AI citations?
  • Can they show before/after tests of visibility in ChatGPT or Perplexity?

An agency that can't answer these questions specifically probably doesn't have a real methodology.

What distinguishes a real AIO strategy from a facade service

The clearest difference between real AIO and "facade AIO" is the ability to measure. Genuine AIO produces metrics: citation rate per query cluster, share of voice in AI tools vs. competitors, AI platform referral traffic in GA4, AIO Score evolution over time.

Agencies without real methodology tend to present SEO metrics (Google rankings, organic traffic) as AIO result proxies. These are different channels with different logics — and mixing the data is a sign there's no real AI presence monitoring.

The role of traditional SEO agencies in AIO

Established SEO agencies have an advantage: they already understand crawling, indexing, technical structure, and search-oriented content. These competencies are an important foundation for AIO. The problem occurs when the agency applies only SEO logic without understanding what differentiates AI optimization: entity authority, content citability, Bing indexing, and direct answer structure.

Traditional SEO and AIO are complementary, not substitutes. The best combination is an agency that masters both — or working with distinct specialists for each channel.
